Non-Refundable Digital Products
All products sold on CodingBD are digital goods, delivered electronically via email or instant download. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Once a digital product has been accessed, opened, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Delivery Time
Digital products purchased from CodingBD are typically delivered within 2 minutes to 72 hours. Delivery is completed through:
- Automatic email delivery, or
- Manual delivery by our support team
Some products may require manual verification, which may extend delivery time up to the maximum limit of 72 hours.
Non-Delivery or Incorrect Product Issues
Although refunds are not allowed, we will ensure you receive the correct digital product you purchased. If:
- You did not receive the product within 72 hours
- You received the wrong product
- The download link is broken or file is corrupted
Then you may contact our support team, and we will re-send or replace the digital file. Replacement is only provided for:
- Delivery failure
- Wrong product delivery
- Technical file issues
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed digital delivery is considered fraudulent. Our system keeps logs of:
- Download timestamps
- Delivery email records
- IP logs and access attempts
We reserve the right to blacklist accounts that initiate fraudulent disputes.
